You may know them as crayfish or crawdads, but down South they're called crawfish!  
Louisiana Crawfish sets the standard for crawfish around the world.  There's nothing better
than a crawfish boil with a group of family or friends, some cold beverages, and a sack of
Louisiana Crawfish!  Now you can host an authentic Cajun Crawfish Boil - a thousand miles
away from the Gulf Coast!

These prized catches are only available during the first half of the year, wild caught from the
Atchafalaya Basin or from crawfish ponds in South Louisiana.  One sack is approximately 35
pounds and will feed 5-8 persons, depending on their appetite, of course.  

To minimize the cost, we'll be holding several weekend deliveries during the months of
March, April, and May, when the market price lowers and the weather improves.  One of our
distribution trucks will pick up your crawfish straight from the crawfish farmer after the catch
on a Friday, then drive straight to Rockford for Saturday morning delivery.  This way, you'll
have the freshest live crawfish possible for your weekend boil.  We'll even include a
sack-size jar of Zatarain's Crawfish Boil so you're all set!  Once you hold your first Crawfish
Boil, we're sure it will become an annual event!
